SHIPPING QUESTIONS

1. Shipping times will vary, but most custom designs are ready to ship out or pickup in-store in 3-5 business days. READY TO SHIP styles are ready to pickup or ship in 1-3 days.

2. Where does my order ship from? A little humble town of Elsa, TX

3. Do we restock items? Some products are available year round and others seasonally, while others are unique one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be remade or restocked.

4. Do you accept returns? Due to the handmade nature of some of our products, sales are final. Please view our return policy at the bottom of this page for more info.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can you recreate a wreath posted on social media? Due to the custom nature of our handmade pieces we cannot guarantee an exact replica. However, if we are able to recreate a similar item, with modifications, we will do so using available supplies.

2. Are the wreaths and stems real or fake? Each piece is made with high quality artificial stems and materials of their kind to give a realistic look without the maintenance of real stems. Some "real-touch" stems are best for INDOOR USE only as the outdoor elements can damage the integrity of the design for those in particular. 

CARE AND MATERIALS

1.  How do I care for my LylandCo wreath? Our wreaths are made to last multiple seasons. To increase the longevity of your wreath, it is best to keep out of direct sunlight and bring indoors during harsh weather conditions. Keep in mind some fading is inevitable with exposure to sunlight. LylandCo wreaths are meant to have at least 2-3 years of use; even longer with proper care. However, many clients come back sooner excited for another one of our designs.

2. Will my design arrive exactly as pictured? Occasionally, substitutions will be made based off stem availability. The closest option in likeness will be used in those instances. 

3. How do I hang my LylandCo wreath? There are so many ways you can hang your wreath. All wreaths can be hung from a ribbon, Command Hook (2-5lbs capacity and with the thicker foam adhesive, not the clear flat versions, is what I usually use), or a traditional wreath hanger. To hang from a ribbon, place the wreath at the height you'd like on the door, the pass the ribbon over the top of the door frame where the door closes. Next, you can use several flat metal takes to secure at the top to hold the wreath in place. Check if you like the placement and the cut off any excess ribbon hanging inside the door. For metal doors, you can use a Command hook upside down and tie a knot with your ribbon and hook it from the inside. This is a common trick used for cabinet wreaths. Be sure to follow the Command Hook instructions for proper use to hold up the weight of your wreath. 

4. How do I store my LylandCo wreath? The box your wreath was shipped in is perfect for storing. If you had an instore pickup then the bag it came in is best used to hang in a ventilated temperature controlled space like a closet or even garage. However, please do not store in an attic as high temperatures can compromise the glue. Do not stack your wreaths on top of each other unless it is safe in a box.
